Sterling's mission is to amplify the voices and talents of Malawians, particularly artists from rural communities who possess extraordinary skills but lack access to mainstream platforms.

Our work spans music and documentary production, music videos, artist management, archive digitisation, media promotion and content optimized for radio, television and digital platforms.

Founder Emmanuel Kamwenje brings experience in audio engineering, media production, finance and administration across government, NGOs and UN agencies. In the creative sector he has served as a talent scout, producer, coach and mentor, often supporting emerging artists pro bono.
